There is no limit on the number of children a Service or Educator enters into Harmony Web.

E-Signatures are being used to replace the paper version of signing children in and out of care.  In the future, a parent’s E-Signature can be used for other purposes, such as signing authorisation forms, updating details etc.

The Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 (National Law) defines “sign” as including ‘the affixing of a seal or the making of a mark” (section 12 of schedule 1). This allows electronic signatures or password protected records to be used to meet the requirements of the National Law and National Regulations.

Yes. As Harmony Web is a web-based software solution, we conduct data backups regularly with no interruption to your service. This reduces your own IT network, support costs and time involved in these processes.

Yes. In developing Harmony Web, we made allowances for clients who wish to convert from English to another language. Depending upon your browser, you may be able to install a tool such as “Google Translate” for Google Chrome or “Online Translator Toolbar” for Firefox.

If you decide down the track that you want to use a different CCS software provider, we will provide your data to you in a suitable format at the time. There may be a small fee to extract and send your data to you.

Yes. Our experienced Harmony Web team can provide customised 1:1 online training. We regularly host Webinars during or after business hours Monday to Friday for existing or new customers. Harmony Web easy to follow User Guides, Tip Sheets and regular newsletter communication is part of the training and support.

Once a customer with Harmony Web, you have ongoing email support (services and educators) and phone support (for service providers).

Also, we can provide onsite training at your service location. There would a cost for travel and accommodation, if required.

Harmony is a web-based solution. All you need is a reliable broadband connection and you can access the software on your smartphone, tablet or desktop – anywhere and anytime.

Harmony Light for Educators was superseded by Harmony for Educators, the online version.

As an Educator you might still be using Harmony Light if your Service has not migrated to the web-based version, Harmony Web.

If you are using Harmony Light the current version is: Harmony Light (CCMS) for Educators Version 7.04, Windows 8 Compatible. Released 6th November 2014.
