New Employee

  • 2 x 1 hour remote access training sessions

In these sessions we take your new employee through the Harmony Web system – how it works, processes and procedures to follow in the system.  We give your new employee helpful hints to look out for and tricks to help them navigate in the system.  Our team can also tailor the training session to meet your service’s needs as well.

Professional Development

  • 1 x 1 hour remote access training session

In this session we can tailor a training session to improve staff knowledge of the system, helpful hints and handy short cuts you may not even know they existed.  This can be completed via webinar or remote access training.

Webinar training for Family Day Care Educator Groups

  • Services can tailor a webinar just for their educators, on a preferred night and time.  In this time the training will walk through the whole system for educators or a particular area like Programming, Invoicing and Receipting or Timesheets.

Family Day Care Educator Training 1:1

  • Educators can book a one on one private ½ hour training session with one of the Harmony Web support staff. In this session they can answer all your Educator’s questions and offer any further advice on improvements in the system
