Harmony Web has been available since 2016 and is priced on a subscription basis, ensuring all Childcare Services benefit form ongoing updates and support.

Harmony Web is sold as an annual subscription.
 The optional modules are sold as either an annual subscription or monthly subscription. The prices includes any new updates throughout the year to the functionality you have purchased (i.e. standard or standard + optional modules), as well as full hosting of the software solutions and back-up.

All Services using Harmony will need to transition to the web version by end of April 2017. From July 2017 Redbourne will no longer be providing support for non-web versions of Harmony.


For the standard core CCMS version, the annual subscription will be $1,100* inc GST per annum, paid annually. This includes support.

Monthly contracts will be offered to Services that purchase additional modules:

  • Parental Portal will be $550 inc GST per annum, or $55 inc GST per month
  • Administration will be $990 inc GST per annum or $99 inc GST per month. Administration Module includes: Educator Management, Notes & Tasks, Electronic Document Library, Quality, and Online Enrolment

For multi-Service clients: Harmony Web can integrate all Services into the one application.(Please contact us directly for a quote for your agency/Service if this is your type of organisation.)

Educators using the online Harmony for Educators will pay a nominal fee via their Service, which Services will pay to Redbourne via their regular processing period. Educators that are not activated are not charged.
