Harmony Web is here

Redbourne announces market availability of Harmony Web for FDC Services. Pilot testing for Educators.

Redbourne is very excited to announce that the web version of Harmony is now officially available for FDC Services. Around 40 Services across Australia are currently transitioning to the new Harmony, with the migration scheduled to be completed by the end of December 2015.

The migration includes ensuring existing data comes across with full integrity, two 1-on-1 training sessions and assistance with the first week of processing payments and timesheets. Come January, these organisations will enjoy time and efficiency savings by having all of their FDC requirements in one software program.

Stephen Menhinnitt, Managing Director of Redbourne Group, the developers of Harmony, said, “if your FDC was not part of this first wave, don’t worry, we will be in contact with your service in the next few months to talk about your transition and help you move across when ready.”

Mr Menhinnitt said that the web interface for the Educator version was currently in pilot-testing with six Educators. “In January we plan to announce the availablity of this version,” he added. “It is the same Harmony software that FDC Services will use, just more tailored for Educators.” The new Harmony brings many benefits to Educators, which are fully appreciated when both Educators and their Service use the web version.

“We want to thank our Harmony clients for their patience with us as we bring this new technology platform to market. It has been a significant re-development, with more functionality planned to be added over the coming year.”
