Harmony has a fresh new look that is intuitive and easy to use
New Harmony Web has been designed to provide a better way of working and managing day-to-day tasks within Harmony, saving you time and hassle, also helping you minimise common errors.
- At a glance, you will be able to view all your children’s details on the same page
- The child’s CCB will be updated daily through the link between your Harmony and the Service’s Harmony (the database is now the same). If a child’s CCB changes you will be alerted to this by a flag in your system
- Inbuilt quick links make using the system very easy. For example, if a parent wants to make a cash payment, you simply click on the amount and the screen opens up ready for you to enter the payment details
- Entering and updating child and parent details are simplified. Any changes you make are automatically highlighted via alerts sent through to the scheme and updated in the Service’s Harmony at the click of a button
